Refund & Reprint Policy

If it’s our fault, we fix it

Every shirt is printed to your photo, in your size, after you order. That makes it yours in a way a shelf item is not — so the rules are simple: our mistakes are on us, and there is no return for a change of mind.

We reprint or refund, your choice, when

  • The print is faulty — colours off, faces misplaced, marks or streaks.
  • The shirt is damaged — seams, buttons, fabric flaws.
  • The wrong size, collar or pattern was sent compared to your order.
  • It was lost or damaged in transit.
  • It arrived more than 25 days after ordering without us having warned you of a delay.

Send a photo of the problem within 14 days of delivery by replying to your order email. We usually answer within one business day. Reprints go to the front of the production queue.

What we cannot take back

  • A change of mind, or a shirt that "looks different than expected" when it matches the preview.
  • The wrong size chosen at checkout — the size guide is there for this, and you have 24 hours after ordering to change it.
  • A photo that printed exactly as uploaded but that you no longer like. We check photos before printing and email you if one will not print well; we cannot judge whether you like your own face.

The 24-hour window

For 24 hours after ordering you can change size, collar, pocket, pattern or photo, or cancel for a full refund — reply to the confirmation email. After that the shirt is in production and the rules above apply.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 5–10 business days of our confirmation. Shipping is refunded when the fault is ours.

Bulk orders

Bulk runs are approved from a digital proof before printing. Faulty shirts within a run are reprinted individually. The proof approval replaces the 24-hour window; deposits on runs above forty are refundable until the proof is approved.

Our promise, in one line

If your photo will not print well, we tell you before we print. If the shirt is wrong, we make it right. There is no form to fill out and no phone tree; you reply to the email and a person reads it.
