Personalized Hawaiian Shirts sells custom-printed apparel through personalizedhawaiianshirts.com. Contact details are on the contact page.

• An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example, a photo we cannot legally print — and refund in full.
• Prices are in US dollars and include the print. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
• You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After that the shirt is in production and the refund and reprint policy applies.

• You confirm you have the right to use every photo or logo you upload, and that the people in them have agreed to appear on a shirt.
• You grant us a licence to reproduce the image solely to make, remake and ship your order. We do not use it for anything else and delete it when production no longer needs it — see the privacy policy.
• We will not print images that are unlawful, that infringe someone else’s rights, or that we consider hateful. We will refund the order if we decline it.

The live preview shows your photo composited onto a product image and is a close representation of the printed shirt. Small differences in colour and placement between screen and fabric are normal and are not a fault.

Timelines in the shipping policy are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we reprint or refund.

Our obligations for faulty, damaged or incorrect shirts are set out in the refund and reprint policy, which forms part of these terms. Because each shirt is made to your order, there is no right of return for a change of mind.

Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as an event missed because a parcel was late, though we will do everything reasonable to prevent that. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

One discount code per order. Group pricing for eleven shirts or more comes with a written quote and may not be combined with codes unless the quote says otherwise.

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order. This version is dated September 2026.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Personalized Hawaiian Shirts is registered. Any dispute will be handled first by talking to us — most things are sorted in one email.
