You upload a photo of your face to buy a shirt. That deserves a clear answer about what happens to it, so that is where this starts.

Your photos

  • Used only to make your shirt: the preview, the print file, and any reprint you ask for.
  • Processed by our background-removal service over an encrypted connection; the service does not keep copies.
  • Stored with your order for as long as production and the 14-day fault window need — then deleted. Reorders need a new upload.
  • Never used in marketing, never shown to other customers, never sold. If you want a photo deleted sooner, ask and it is gone the same day.

What else we collect

  • Order details: name, shipping address, email, what you bought. Kept for tax and warranty purposes.
  • Payment: handled by the payment provider at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Email marketing: only if you tick the box at checkout or sign up on the site. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
  • Site analytics: which pages are visited and how the preview is used, so we can fix what is confusing. Aggregated, not tied to your face.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: the website platform, the payment provider, the print partner (order and print file), the shipping carrier (name and address), and the email service if you subscribed. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose. We do not share or sell customer data to anyone else.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and preview working. Analytics cookies are optional and controlled by the banner on your first visit. The preview counter that limits free previews per day lives in your browser only and never reaches us.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time — contact us. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster. If you are in California, the EU or the UK, the relevant laws (CCPA, GDPR) give you these rights formally; we apply them to everyone.

Children

Photos of children are uploaded by their parents or guardians, who are responsible for that consent. We do not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects your photos or your email, we tell you by email. This version is dated September 2026.
